🌸 As April begins, I’m feeling the pull to slow down just enough to check in — with myself, with my purpose, and with the people I have the privilege of walking alongside through mentorship, dance, and life.
This week, I hosted the first of four mentorship sessions in our current cycle, and I left feeling energized and deeply grounded. When we create space for honest reflection and intentional action, we make room for clarity. We begin living with purpose — on purpose.
Whether you’re a dancer, a leader, a parent, an artist, or someone simply navigating a busy season of life, I invite you to take a quiet moment this week to tune in to what matters most right now.
📝 Journal Prompts for April
If you’re ready to pause and reflect, here are a few gentle prompts to guide your thoughts:
What feels really good in my life right now?
Let yourself name even the small things — a warm cup of coffee, a conversation, or a moment of peace.
What’s one thing I want to be more intentional about this month?
It doesn’t have to be big. Small, consistent actions can shift everything.
Where can I give myself more grace or support?
We don’t need to have it all figured out. Where can you be a little softer with yourself?
Who do I want to connect with or learn from this season?
Think mentorship, community, or even reconnecting with your own voice.
